Refund Policy

HAUSAWI CONSULT COMPANY LTD is committed to transparent financial practices. This Refund Policy ("Policy") details our terms regarding billing disputes, service cancellations, and transaction returns.

1. Scope of Services & Commitments

We deliver tailored, complex corporate solutions across media publishing, ICT consultancy, digital training, and general logistics procurement. Due to the high cost of custom service deployment and initial resource allocation, all fees processed via the Client Billing Portal are non-refundable once service deployment has commenced or physical contracts are initiated.

2. Erroneous / Double Payments

If an accidental overpayment or duplicate invoice payment occurs due to system or user error during checkout:

• You must submit a formal refund request to our email (hausawi@dasconnect.com.ng) within 48 hours of transaction completion.
• Include the transaction ID, date, bank receipt, and the auto-generated invoice reference string.
• Approved refund returns will be credited back to the original source bank account or credit card within 7 to 14 business days, minus standard payment gateway transaction fees.

3. Project Cancellations

If either party terminates a signed contract before full execution, the redistribution of unspent project funds is governed exclusively by the cancellation clauses contained in the primary signed contract document, rather than this web portal policy.

4. Dispute Resolutions

Before launching bank chargebacks or official payment gateway disputes, clients are requested to contact our billing team to reach an amicable administrative settlement.
