Our online Billing Portal is provided solely for corporate clients to settle approved invoice balances. You agree that:

• You will only process payments for valid, approved invoice references.
• The amount entered must correspond precisely to the approved billing quote or milestone payment schedule.
• All payments are routed through Monnify, our licensed PCI-compliant processing gateway.

3. Intellectual Property

All design assets, layout systems, source code, logos, and custom publishing designs displayed on this website or delivered as part of our ICT and media solutions are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws of Nigeria.

4. Limitation of Liability

HAUSAWI CONSULT COMPANY LTD and its directors shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project execution delays, system outages, third-party logistics errors, or gateway transaction failures beyond our direct corporate administration control.
